We love what we sell, and hope that you love what you buy! Things don't always work out exactly the way we like, though, and so we have the following return/exchange policy:
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return what you have purchased over the internet, please do so within 15 days of the date of your order, including the receipt with the unused goods in their original packaging. Please send an e-mail to info@bopeep.ca to let us know your goods will be on their way back. A full refund will be issued, unless you would just like a direct exchange of product. If you would prefer to exchange the item for another item of a different price, please let us know by direct e-mail or by including a note in the package. You will be refunded the cost of the product, however all shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept any returns via COD. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its' original condition or packaging. After 15 days and up until 30 days after your order was placed, a store credit will be generated in the store in your name for the amount of the merchandise and can used whenever you like in the future, either in-store or online. For hygienic reasons, all bathing and feeding items are final sale. This includes but is not limited to: potties, baby bottles, swim diapers, bathing suits, nursing bras and sippy cups. Store credit will be placed under your name and can be used at any time in the store and will never expire. Please let us know when making your purchase that you have a credit on file. No returns will be accepted on special orders, sale items or those items described above as not returnable.
Returns and Exchanges from the USA
Any returns from the US are for store credit or exchange only and will only be accepted if they are sent by USPS. Sending return packages via FedEx or UPS will lead to brokerage fees and duties that will be added to your account. Note that these packages must be clearly marked as “Return to Sender”.
Using store credit online
To use your store credit online, please write in the “comments” section that you have a store credit you would like to use. Your credit card will only be charged if there is a remaining balance after we have used your store credit. Or give us a call at 250.992.7753.
Free Gift Wrap
If you would like your gift wrapped, please indicate this in the “comments” section of your order. We will be pleased to wrap any small gifts free of charge, which will include tissue paper, a gift box and our choice of wrapping paper. Holiday wrap will be used when indicated.
My item is out of stock
If you are looking for something that is indicated as out of stock, this means the item(s) is currently not available for immediate shipping. However, all items on the website, unless marked as sale or discontinued, can be ordered. Please place your item in your cart and we will order it in for you. We will let you know the expected arrival date in store of your item.
Shipping methods
We ship within 2 days of receiving your order via Canada Post expedited mail or Greyhound (at the customer's preference) within Canada. If you wish your parcel to be shipped via Greyhound, please let us know by indicating this in the “comments” section. If you want door-to-door service via Greyhound, please indicate this as well. This service will incur an additional $10.00 charge to your shipping costs.
Shipping to the USA or outside North America will be by Canada Post expedited parcel service. Any shipment with a value above $200 may attract US Customs charges or brokerage fees. This is out of our control and any charges arising from this will be payable by you. Return shipping from the US must be by the United States Postal Service and clearly marked “Return to Sender”.
Cancellation of orders
From the time of purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel your order for any reason. Please send an e-mail to order@bopeep.ca with your order details and cancellation request. Please note than an order is not cancelled until you receive confirmation from us.

From time to time, Bo Peep Boutique may offer sales, special offers or promotions. These offers may not be combined with any other offers including, but not limited to, combining free shipping offers with other sales, promotions or discount codes.
